How to adjust my upcoming delivery date or time slot?
To adjust your delivery upcoming date, kindly note that this will only be possible if your bill has already transacted and there is 2 working days’ notice from your original delivery date.
E.g. Original delivery date 10 August, change must be made latest by 8 August.
- Login to your account
- Under Orders > Purchase History, select the order and click on ‘View’
- Under ‘Delivery Date’, click on ‘Edit’ and proceed to change to your preferred date and time slot
- Click on ‘Update’
