How do I cancel my subscription plan?

To cancel your subscription plan, kindly note that this will only be applicable to a payment & related order that has not yet been billed.
  • Login to your account
  • Under 'Subscription Plan', select the plan you wish to cancel
  • Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’


If you cancel your plan after billing has taken place, you will have one final delivery to receive, after which no subsequent deliveries will take place. Payments once received upon a successful billing cannot be refunded as stipulated in our terms and conditions. Should you prefer us to assist with your cancellation, you can email support@thegratefulpet.sg one day prior to your upcoming billing date.
