How do I cancel my subscription plan?

To cancel your subscription plan, kindly note that this will only be applicable to a related subscription renewal that has not yet been billed.

  • Step 1: Login to your account
  • Step 2: Under ‘Subscriptions’, click ‘View and edit subscription’
  • Step 3: You should see your active subscription. Click on ‘Manage your subscription’
  • Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Cancel Subscription’

If you cancel your plan after billing has taken place, you will have one final delivery to receive, after which no subsequent deliveries will take place. Payments once received upon a successful billing cannot be refunded as stipulated in our terms and conditions. Should you prefer us to assist with your cancellation, you can email support@thegratefulpet.sg at least two working days prior to your upcoming billing date.
