How do I make adjustments to items on my subscription plan?

Kindly note that item changes to your subscription will only be reflected in your next bill.


To adjust quantities for existing items on your subscription plan:

Step 1: Login to your account (https://thegratefulpet.sg/my-account/)

Step 2: Under ‘Subscription Plan’, click ‘View’ on your active subscription

Step 3: Next, click ‘Edit Subscription’

Step 4: From there, you will be able to adjust the quantities of pre-selected recipes for your subscription by clicking the (+) or (-) buttons

Step 5: Click ‘Save Details’ to finalise your changes.

To add new items to your subscription plan:

Step 1: While logged into your account, browse to any item on the website that you wish to include to your existing subscription plan

Step 2: Click on ‘Subscribe’

*Please note: You will only be able to select the delivery interval that matches your original subscription plan. If a different delivery interval is required, a new subscription order will need to be placed.

Step 3: Select your desired quantity by clicking the (+) or (-) buttons

Step 4: Do not click the ‘Add to cart’ button. Instead, please check the box 'Add to an existing subscription?'

Step 5: Finally, click on ‘Add To Subscription’ to complete the change.
