What happens if the delivery for my subscription plan falls on a Public Holiday?

If your scheduled delivery date happens to fall on any of the Public Holidays or eve of Public Holidays including Chinese New Year's eve, Christmas eve or New Year's eve, our customer support team will reach out to you at your provided contact number or email address at least 7 days in advance to inform you of alternative delivery dates.
