What are your delivery days and time slots available?

We deliver Mondays to Saturdays, with the exception to the eve of select Public Holiday eves & Public Holidays.

• Monday - Friday
  2 time slots available: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm / 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

• Saturday
  1 time slot available: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

As delivery at a specific timing is not possible, we encourage you to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address provided within the time slot selected to receive your item.

Public Holiday Closures for 2021
The Grateful Pet will be closed on the following days:
31 January 2022 (closed from 2pm)
1-2 February 2022 (closed for the full day)
