What are your delivery days and time slots available?

Depending on your postal code, we deliver Mondays to Saturdays, with the exception of Sundays, the eve of select Public Holidays and Public Holidays.

• Monday - Friday

  3 time slots available: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm / 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

• Saturday

  1 time slot available: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

As delivery at a specific timing is not possible, we encourage you to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address provided within the time slot selected to receive your item.

We do not deliver on the following Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays:

• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day
• Chinese New Year’s Eve
• Chinese New Year (Day 1, 2, 3)
• Hari Raya Puasa
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

For subscribers: In the event that your scheduled delivery date happens to fall on any of the Public Holidays or eve of Public Holidays listed above, our customer support team will reach out to you in advance to inform you of alternative delivery dates.
