I notice that my pet is drinking less water after switching from kibble to your food. Is that normal?

Yes, it is normal. Because our fresh food is already high in moisture, your pet can be quite hydrated with the amount of liquids from the meals which makes them drink less water. As long as they do not exhibit any symptoms such as inappetance, lethargy, pale gums, etc, the slightly reduced water intake can very well point to your pet getting enough liquids from the meal.

This can be more noticeable in pets who are used to eating kibbles as it tends to make them drink more water due to its dry nature.

If you feel that your pet is not getting enough liquids, you may opt to add water or broth directly into their food.
