Do I need to sign up separately for these rewards?
Nope — you’re automatically enrolled once you start a subscription. No codes, no extra steps.

How do I know which reward tier I’m on?

You’ll be able to see your current tier and savings in your account after clicking on "View delivery details and edit subscription”.


Do the discounts get carried over to my next order?
Unfortunately, not. Each reward is tied to a specific milestone order, so it applies to that order only (not future ones).

What happens if I skip or reschedule a delivery?

No worries — skipping or rescheduling (within our policy guidelines) won’t affect your reward tier.


Will I lose my rewards if I cancel my subscription?

Yes — if you cancel your subscription, your reward tier will reset. If you rejoin later, you’ll start from the base tier again.


Are the additional savings applied automatically?

Yes — your rewards are automatically applied to your subscription orders, so there’s nothing extra you need to do.


Can I combine Subscriber Rewards with other promotions or discount codes?

Subscriber Rewards are already built-in savings for subscribers, so they typically can’t be combined with other discount codes unless stated otherwise.


Is there a limit to how much I can save?

Yes — savings are capped at our highest reward tier on your 30th order, which you’ll unlock as you progress through your subscription journey. Exact percentages are viewable in your account.
