How do I use my prepaid store credits?

After you have purchased your store credit, you should receive an email with your unique store credit code. Use this code on the Checkout page to apply it to your orders. Your credits will be automatically deducted according to your shopping cart value.

Partial Use:

• If your gift card balance is higher than the order total, the system will deduct the amount due and leave the remaining balance for future use.
• You can use the same code again until the balance is fully used.

Store credits are valid for up to 6 months unless otherwise stated. If your store credits are expiring soon, but you are not ready to make another a la carte purchase yet, we recommend that you place an order with a delivery date set further ahead to ensure that your store credits are utilized before they expire.

Checking Your Balance:

• Log in to your Account > Profile > Payment methods to check on your gift card balance. Any outstanding credits will be reflected.

  

• Alternatively, you can check the balance by clicking the link in your original gift card email.
