I received my delivery late

We sincerely apologise for this. In the event that your delivery was received more than 30 minutes outside of your selected time slot, please email us at support@thegratefulpet.sg with the following details so that we can help to look into this for you:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Time order was received
  • Condition of food when received (e.g. frozen, partially thawed)
