What happens when I am not at home for the delivery?
Depending on the situation, we may:
a) Leave it at your doorstep if this has been authorised via phone call, SMS or Whatsapp message with the delivery agent.
b) Bring the package back to our premise if no one was home to receive it and our attempts to reach you were unsuccessful. Please note that a two-way redelivery charge of $30 is applicable for any frozen items.
